 IMT Imperial tobaco : IMT.L

This was tipped on 4th dec for a short at the gap fill.

Stop was tight of 10 points which was just a tad to tight for this trade . The stop was in the wrong place as should have been above the nearby high . A silly error as for £25 a share, a 10 point stop is not enough.

Just goes to show people should DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.Its easy to make silly mistakes so worth double checking.

The above are just some of the tips that were given by myself recently at www.chartsview.co.uk.

They are not the best ones but the ones I found easily as there’s so many posts to go through.

There have been many tips that have already hit targets that I have not put up.

There have been some losses as well but not many and I always use stops so the risk would have be minimal if following correct money management ,2% rule and all

It’s been a very good start to ChartsView the website as I always look to post good set ups in anything that is tradable that i come across during my scans of the markets. The above are just examples of share trades on the FTSE 350 and there have been many in currency trades and indexes  and commodity as well. I can’t post all of them in the blogs or else I’ll be writing  till next Christmas. Most of my trades are for very short term trading so pointless in showing examples of them as well as would take too long to write up.

I hope my members have found these tips useful and have learnt from them.

As can be seen by the evidence I don’t do hindsight trading like many so called pros out there.

It’s always harder to do live trades. That’s the advantage of ChartsView the website  over the many other website out there. We provide tips on a regular basis which hopefully helps fellow traders to spot great trade set ups in the making. Here at ChartsView we don’t believe in charging astronomical prices for tips (£39.95 per year membership) unlike other websites out there as our ethos is community and helping each other to succeed in the markets.  The more eyes the better our chance to find a perfect trade set up.

As always the most important rule I go by is:

DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH

Never just blindly follow. I always show my trades for learning purpose and use strict money management. If you dont use strict money management then the chances are that you would bail out to early or stops wont be in the right places.

Please bear in mind that most of my trade set ups are for day trades .Im not a buy and hold person as im always looking for trading opportunity .

I hope you have enjoyed my recent trade blog

Have a wonderful New year and hopefully we can beat the markets together in the coming New Year.

Happy New Year Guys and Girls
