Quick look here at Genl, i think this may finally be bottoming out imvho.

I'm long aleardy, which may have been a tad early and waiting for a break of 86p could well have been more wise, anyhow, i'm long at 79p, from last week.

My stop is below the the 1, at 64p, and i intend to hold these for the longer term as long my stop holds.

I have picked my 4 stocks which i have bought or added to last week and i think will do well in 2017.
Genel
Premeir Oil,
Rockhopper,
Sirius Minerals.

Those are my four stock picks for 2017, and i intend to hold them long term. 3 oil stocks as i think oil will do well this year.
Some of them are admittedly a tad speculative, but i think thry should outperform thre market, lets see....

This is looking a bit more encouraging here. A rally to 85p, and tested the 50 day ema line.
Which gives us the number now for a possible 1,2,3 low or higher high breakout.

So 85p the number to watch, with real strength coming with the overhead gap fill and hold above those levels.
So potentially the first signs of a possible bottom here? Although waiting for confirmation is important imvho.


On the flip side bears could argue this has been deeply bearish, and this consolidation will also breakdown.
Is that a possible bear flag?
The rsi is has also failed at the 50/100 neutral mark, and it's in negative area atm.
could go either way atm, but if it gets above 85p, i would be happy to buy these....

Hasn't quite hit the trendline, and this is a bearish falling channel, so no guarantees it will bounce from it....just gives a downside target tbh....

it is well oversold, rsi of 20/100, so a bounce up to the 20 day ema line, and then a further drop?
or can the bulls pull it above that level? or maybe a 1,2,3 low before i would take on the longs here

lets see....but a move to the low 60's is still possible, as the trendline is falling daily.
