How to Compare Stocks Effectively

Valuation Metrics

Look at P/E ratio, EPS, and market cap to understand if a stock is over or undervalued relative to its peers. A lower P/E can indicate better value, but always compare within the same sector.

Dividend Income

Compare dividend yields and payout ratios to find reliable income stocks. A high yield with a sustainable payout ratio (under 75%) is typically a strong sign for income investors.

Price Performance

Use the normalised chart above to compare how stocks have performed over 1 week to 5 years. This removes price-level differences and shows pure percentage returns side by side.
