Nice Analysis below, i think your pretty much spot on short term 150p looks likely, but longer term this is very interesting, although not quite clear cut as could be..... really needs to break 150p to prove itself

Having looked closely at this i have to say purely technical perspective, a summary would be "the glass is half full"....
I do get a feeling from the chart that this may, possibly fairly soon be ready for a big sudden boost.....possibly on some news??
Any news expected here???

Anyway some charts specially for Anne....

This shows the bullish short term channel, and the top around 125p....could stay in this channel to 150p possibly. Also important the key pivot level of 105p was broken above, and that could well be the momentum trigger for moves higher....


Is that a possible H&S bottom, certainly looks like one, could possibly be....but it's quite the real deal, because of the volume on the neckline break out (at 105p)....
So possible maybe we will higher volumes soon?? to confirm it??? lets see....



We do have one more sign of a possible big move on this stock....That looks like a golden cross of the 50 and 200 day ema lines....
Possibly indicative of a big move on the horizon here....



So how can this go??



Firstly 105p needs to hold as support.
Above 105p look for 150p.
Above 150p not much resistance to 270p
Above 270p a best case target of 400p looks possible Mid/long term imvho.....

I think this stock is now good to buy the dips, any p/b to the 20 and 50 day ema lines or a test of 105p are buying opps....
I have traded this a few times, never seem to catch the best trades, maybe a p/b will tempt me back in here...

ok - in my humble opinion, it's going up!!

My reasoning - well that's not quite so easy, but here goes:

despite today's trading, it has managed to close well above 21 day ma; RSI and stochs remain in positive territory and volume appears to be gently increasing. Quite where this event might take us to, that I have very little idea, but I wouldn't be surprised to see us back in the region of 145/150 quite soon (or maybe this is all just wishful thinking; I've been in GENL a very long time! )

Now you can tell me what you think and I'm more inclined to believe you than I am me!!

I did buy this at 82p and sold at 102.5, just before the update from company...
Bit gutted as it has gone to 128 p now....
I had 5k £ at 82 p
