United Utilities - 123 breakout

Hi redchilly, Yes I always prefer to look for 123 lows at the bottom to signal a reversal and not during an actual uptrend and I especialy would not look for them anywhere near the top of a trend, Im not saying they dont appear during Im saying they work better for me at the bottom.

if it occurs at the bottom of a downtrend it signals a possible reversal of downtrend to to uptrend

waverider2, 123 breakout's to the upside are found at the bottom of a trend and not the top. I have an ascending triangle breakout for UU but all this activity is driven by bid speculation at the moment.
