DGE: trend line bounce???

This looks like the trend has changed now.
its broken the uptrend now and its ether gonna go sideways or down.
Ive got no positions in this but thought id post a chart on interesting shares.

They were meant to raise taxes and show a way of clearing there depts but instead they seem to have postpone it.
So intervening to stop a recession possibly.
printing money
these sought of things that dont let the natural cycle take effect.
Its been like this since march 2009 with all the printing of money. Quantative easing.
good old america ,it effects the rest of the world.Thats why i follow the dow

was long on this but my stop kicked in and now im short on this due to the trend line break.
stops are above the high of today.
