Bellzone Mining plc (AIM:BZM) announces that the Company received notice on 3 December 2012 that, on the same day, Nik Zuks, a Director of the Company, sold (through his related entity Moreau Mining Pty. Ltd) and China Sonangol International Singapore Pte Ltd ("CSIS") purchased 50,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above dealing, Mr Zuk's beneficial interest in the Company is reduced to 247,354,485 Ordinary Shares representing 33.9% and CSIS's interest is increased to 178,838,281 Ordinary Shares representing 24.5% of the Company's voting share capital.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights is 741,324,485, of which 11,005,130 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 730,319,355.

The above 730,319,355 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in (or a change to their interest in) the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Well I'm still down a few pennies, but 50 MILL buy at 17p....I'm not selling any as I'm continuing to add until we hit mid 20 to my preferred target of high 30's.....I'm happy for this to say low for several months yet....but some sufferers in from higher levels may well doubt sell any bounce..for me stil gathering strength before we finally clear that 16p resistance....tomorrow we should hopefully see a bullish candle and if we do fill the gap I'm certain many will pile in...see previous charts for my "bigger picture" U shaped recovery target 6 months

TS, couldn't see any news, but seems to have taken a little hit today. Maybe risk off (money out of AIM) due to wider market concerns. 13.2 ish a possible support?
