This ones looks like a 123 low forming.
A finish above 756 should be bullish. stops below the 2 point(738)
this is from the tips section for a trend line play but looks like it may have bounced before??
There is resistance on this all the way up to 785 due to gap so bear that in mind.

Hi
I have finally had a moment to put on a fib to project price for national grid.

Is this what you mean when you said to use fibs?
If I was to use extension fibs, where would I start and finish it?
Thanks
Gee

p.s. if anyone has a P and f chart for this, I would appreciate it if you could put it up. Ta

Hi Remo
Thanks for the response.
I don't mind having a go at that, so have you got any videos on your tutorial section that covers any of this? Which one is it. I use a freebie package that does do fib extensions, so I can have a go.
Also, I haven't got point and figure charts, would you mind putting one up please?
To be able to do EW projections correctly, I would have to be confident about any wave counts that I did in the first place. This is something that I did stare at, but couldn't come up with anything that made sense, particularly because the last section of the graph looks so parabolic- very out of character for this share. Can you see an obvious wave count? Do you think this last section is a wave 3 of some sort? I would love to see your count on a share like this.

Thanks
G

When prices are at a new high then you could use fib projections or targets from a range break or other techniques like Elliot's wave projection or point and figure targets. There are quite a few methods you can use. It's always harder when prices are at a new high or no mans land. ;) generally speaking thou when prices are making new highs it's a good sign.
