Hi nemo
To be ohnest going long on xcite currently is a gamble as its broken through key supports and trend lines with easy.If there were strength in xcite then it would have bounced of the dual levels of supports yesterday. Instead it went through which is alarm bells. This even back tested the breakout from yesterday.Today. This is not good really. Xcite has to break above that short term trend line and move back above 100 for strength to come back pretty quickly. The longer it takes the more likely this is going down to the main trend line at 80p.
The best area to attempt a quick trade will be the 80p level. Going long around that area on a first attempt basis only.
If your looking to go long on xcite then best wait for a 123 low formation before committing any capital. This way your using the higher high factor to aid you. Also look at the RSI indicator to give you an early heads up.
