This has fallen further 15% to 79p today....
This is one of the good Gold producers, with lowest cost/Oz.. I guess its around 250$/Oz. I need to find that...
There is no debt either... if anyone gets to catch the bottom, would be good.
They plan to increase production to 400K Oz from current level of around 200K

The MML chart has some interest from a technical point of view.

Firstly the sp is well on its way to a full 100% retrace to 22p, so if I was trading this then I would set an alert for that area. On the positive side, we have a falling wedge which is more bullish than bearish, some positive MACD divergence and a touch to RSI support along with the lower wedge trendline.
The only potential support I can see from 2009 is 84 from March 27 and 70.75 from April 6, but it's not mind blowing!
Nothing more to say really as haven't looked at the fundamentals and wouldn't since this seems to be one of those casino mining shares. Wasn't BreX in the Phillipines or was that Borneo?
Worth a punt at 22p IMO

Great thread - I have been watching this one as a longer term get into and hold some shares but still with limited funds would like to get in at the best sp poss. It's there low production costs that attract me compared to so many others. Thanks Remo, Shotry and Anne

No problem Anne, best to watch the charts and you could a lot worse than listening to Remo. I guess the charts will give us a clue when the time is right. Make sure you give me the heads up when they do!

That's very interesting, isn't it? Thank you for that. It does leave me in a bit of a quandary though - as I said earlier, I believe this company should make some decent returns in the mid/long term, however, where it's trading at the moment is a little concerning. As Remo has pointed out - it's in 'no mans land' at the moment - so, from here.....? I've absolutely no idea where it might go but I think I'll stay on the sidelines a little longer before making any commitment to buying again.
Interesting comments though! Thanks very much for posting the article,
Anne
