XTA price

Just in case anyone interested how the story ended,
I contacted them and they refund money and reinstated the trade so credit to CI
(They know they will take it back from me sooner or later )

Hi
I need some help as I have no access to any chart except for City index free one.
I had a stop loss for my XTA short at 1065 but thieves for City Index executed at 1081,
Not a big loss as I was only 50ppp but re to their chart the price went up to 1062 only,
I thought it may be wide spread but I had a second short set at 1040 with stop at 1065 as well and this short was filled but was not stopped at all( which is good for me)
So something is wrong here I guess, before I email them asking if they had a good lunch for my money can anyone please check if price after the spread could have gone up to 1081? And if so was it only with CI or others had the same?
Maybe time to change stockbroker?
