I noticed this share is approaching a significant resistance at 400. In addition it is not only threatening this resistance but is in overbought territory and is showing negative divergence on the rsi. It appears to me provide an opportunity to go short with a tight stop. Would a short term retest of a resistance be a weakening or strengthening of a resistance?
