I have been following easy jet for a week or so. It is in overbought territory and is attempting, daily, to make new recent highs having been in a long term uptrend. I went short with a nibble this afternoon but got stopped out (IG index stopped me out at 670 when the trade high on iii is recorded as 667.5 ). How do you decide that this is exhausted/overbought? Does it need a confirmation candle? Today's candle might be an evening star. Or should I be watching for a different signal?
