RSL: Resolution

Follow up from Remos'post.

This one looks like it may be getting ready to break out.
Its tested this resistance a few times now and is hovering slightly above.
The build up to this level has been quite strong.
Stops of 8 points should be enough just incase its a false breakout. The stop is mid way down the big previous candle.Just below the mid way point.
OBV is rising and RSI is breaking up to the oversold area.(RSI can stay overbought longer)
