OXS - waiting for update

Im not a big fan of technicals on penny share due to lack of liquidity.
Im using a weekly chart so as you can see the levels more clearly.

It could go even higher if they get settlement of 200 million.. its 39p per share..

Been in from 1.97p.
Am I right to say big resistance at 3.1p
