Anyone got experience of what typically happens to a SP after a consolidation? PCI about to consolidate as part of a move to the main markets (I believe consolidation will complete May 24th). When this occurs in the absence of fundraising and not as a desparation measure in a troubled company what happens typically to the SP? Does it maintain it's pro-rate value (in this case 25x the SP at consolidation) or is it likely to fall off significantly?
I've seen significant falls in the past, but largely in companies that were obviously troubled
