Thank you, Jeff Gibby has already contacted me and when he returns , Jeff will email me the formula that ChartsView uses.

Hi nasdaqtrader,
We had MetaStock create the scan for us so not too sure about the formula.
I did forward them your email and a guy called Jeff Gibby should have contacted you.
They can either give you the exact gap scan we use at ChartsView or they can help you to create your very own custom gap scan.

If I want to scan within MetaStock Gap Up and Gap downs what would the Exploration formula be?
I Believe this may be the formula:
GapUp()
GapDown()
or is it as follows which does ChartsView use?
GapUp() AND V>Mov(V,20,S)
GapDown() AND V>Mov(V,20,S)
