I've heard a lot of companies plan on exiting uk once we leave the EU.
The reason for a lot of this is this...Tax
as an example..
Take the car manufacturing...
company Builds engines in UK and ships to Germany, The engine is then fitted into the car thats body was produced in germany. This is how a lot of companies work, they produce different parts around Europe and fit them all in a main plant to finish the job so parts are made all over Europe as such . if UK stays in Europe then there is no tax on the shipping of the engine to Germany so hence no cost implications to the company. Now if UK exits Europe, Then the engine being shipped to Germany will have to pay Tax, hence why companies are against staying in UK as if we exit Europe as now the cost of building a car has just gone up and they will have to increase the cost of producing the car which in turn means the cost goes up for consumer (us).
As the example above shows , if we exit Europe then companies will move there production facility to Europe where they would not have to pay taxes on free movement of parts among the European countries. How could UK compete against that???, exit will kill of manufacturing in UK.
The above is how i see the reason for companies wanted UK to stay. The example above can be used across all manufacturing in UK.
So bottom line...TAX

I'm leaning towards remain because I'm worried about all those companies saying they will have to leave the UK if we vote leave because manufacturing and trading costs will go up.
This will mean loss of jobs

The question should be what the result would likely be, not how individuals are voting. Not the same.

Leaning towards Leave - European political union is not in our interest and economically a one size fits all framework just does not work for all member states - the project will implode at somepoint and would rather be out when that happens even if short term pain
