Hey guys.. Looking for any tips or info on how to reduce the inheritance tax paid on anything over £325k?
From what I understand any assets one gives away, providing its within 7 years of death, the assets will be subject to 40% tax?
Also am I right in thinking the max you can gift to one person per year is £3000 which is tax free?
Any advice or info will be most appreciated.
