expecting dow to retrace up but turn down at or before 266 and take us to 15,974 area.

All numbers just IMHO and can't be relied upon!

I have Dow 217, 239/40, 267, 295 as resistances (expect 217 to break).

Looking for a bear flag to form at one of those.

Sorry diver, got no chart as only working intermittently at the moment. The prices I'm referring to are those that IG refer to as "Wall St Cash" which are, of course, not cash but futures.

As we see, no 458 break and bang bang! I'm now looking for an index bounce at the SPX 1795/98/1800 area where there are multiple supports on the actual cash chart. That equates to something like Dow 15790 (which I've been looking towards for a long time now) and poss FTSE 6420 area. If these all fail (which I doubt they will but you never know) then we'll see a big drop IMHO.
