For people that think they have not got access to the chat....See if you got this bubble on your screen



Click the bubble



Click on chatrooms(far left hand side_ or whos online(far right hand side)
start chatting

I think most people on this board are having the same problem as you. They don't realize that bubble is minimizing the chat.
So basically you have helped us figure out why so many are having problems

Hopefully a screenshot of my page is posted above. The only white bar I see is the one headed '- General Chit chat' but that appears to be a copy of the menu at top of page??

So you should have access??

This is what you should look for if you want to use the live chat:



You should see a white bar at the bottom of the screen, click on chatrooms and then lobby. This is where members can be found.

As Remo mentioned you can only use live chat if you are on the premium membership.
