But it also looks to have formed a double top - or is it an inverse H&S or is it backtesting the downtrend breakout?

What would be the best trade here?

This one has an inside bar and bounced off the trendline:

I think it sitting in limbo at the mo, so waiting for it to move 100 points either way to get a better sense of direction, may be the call. KI.
