are you referring to the inside bar trading???
If so its based on rough targets.
You set a pre target preferably 3 times or more of your stop loss(i use 4 times). depending on which currency you trade
so if you used a 50 point stop then your minimum target will be 150 points. so once target hits your out.
This takes the emotions out of the trade and you can set the trade and walk away.
when trading based of a system you have to be strict and dont try and trade other systems with it.You have to solely trade the system. This i personally find boring but trading should be boring.
The system does work but requires discipline. You will get a load of losing trades but thats normal but the ones you win on should cover the losses.
I do use other means to close early but its breaking the rules as such.
Obviously the system is just that. a system . People will have to find there own way to use it and adjust it to suit your trading.

I found the video very interesting, but I am unclear how you got out of the trade. Am I right in assuming that you use any means for deciding a trend is breaking, such as 123 high , candlestick analysis etc
