I had to move from my other server as it was hosted by the company that designed chartsview.
We have had loads of issues with them and basically i had to fix all the problems myself which they had caused.There developers were really amateur and clueless. This company had been highly recommended but all we have had was delay after delay and bad project management from day one. The last straw was last week when there server had caused a few payment problems which they had denied after we had proved to them that it was there server that caused it as we took a duplicate copy of our site and tested it else where on a different server and every thing was working as normal. We even confirmed this with a company that had develpoed the payment method in question.
anyway im thinking about taking legal action against this company as im fed up of excuses and delays. Im not a developer yet ive managed to fix most of the problems myself.
sorry about the moan. Had to explain some of the reasons for moving to a new server. The above are just one of many issues i had to deal with from day one.
