website membership access delay

This seems to be working now.

Just to let people know that we are having an issue with the 1 year membership.
Basically when people try and pay it takes the payment but it does not seem to give access to the forum straight away.
So any new members that try and join for the full year please bear in mind that we will have to manually give you access .
So this means we have to verify the payment as there seems to be an issue with automation. So you may not be able to access the forum for about 12 hours.obviously we will speed this up during the day but for anyone that joins after 11pm may have to wait till the following morning before we can give you access.
We are trying to resolve this issue so please bear with us. It seems to be a server related issue so if our developers cant fix this issue soon then we will have to move chartsview to a different server . This will mean that chartsview will be down for 48hours .Dont worry as ill have a dublicate chartsview available so all you guys and girls could carry on posting on there during the 48 hours.
Its basically our test websites which dont seem to have the same issue as its with a different server else where. The current server we have no control over so we are limited to relying on someone else.
Im seriously thinking about moving chartsview to our test server which we have had no problems with as yet. Its actually faster as well as i can speed the website up my self
I will be moving chartsview to the new server in the future but it looks like i may have to bring that forward if this issue is not resolved.
Were sorry to those people that may have experienced a delay so far.
This issue is only happening to anyone trying to take out full membership currently . If your already a member then you will have no issues .
