This is part of the upgrade to the chat recently.
Search for cometchat in the App Store ....It's free to download.

Once you have the app.
You need to Input the address of chartsview..
Www.chartsview.co.uk/ cometchat
Then input the user name and passwords used in chartsview .
Then login.
Simple.
