Share Tips(previously Interesting charts)

We had a really boring week as only 5 trades were activated.A very boring week on the shares front but luckily we have the US markets and currency to trade. Im expecting a 1000 points move on the dow from recent breakout to the end of December hopefully. This should be a free trade now as was mentioned on the live chat and the forums. These are the shares that we traded this week :



Compass :This activated on Friday but still hovering around that area.



Glencore Xstra : This broke out of the trading range to the down side and currently is 11 points in profit. This should be a free trade.



Hochschild : This was a losing trade as support did not even hold so would have exited after about 3 points as went straight through. The next real support is around the 108 area and that is too far to have a stop loss.(over 20% away) so hence the ultra tight stops of 2%



Intertek: This gapped down and went down on the day hard and finished the day with a hammer formation. Would not have entered this trade due to my first 30 min rule in trading.



Spectris : This activated but went down afterwards. Im still long on this as stops are below the short term trend line . Hopefully we have a more interesting week this time.

We had a quite week as 6 trades were activated These are :
Dignity :This was a false 123 low breakout but should have been profitable as it went 27+ points.

Homeserve : This broke out of the 123 low breakout and also broke the down trend line. Currently 10 points in profit but went as high as 15 points.

Imagination Technology : This bounced of the double bottom perfectly and went as high as 15 points in profit.This is currently 6 points in profit. Stops should be at break even now.

Tullow Oil: This bounced of the support on the first attempt and is currently in 17 points profit.

Vedanta : This bounced on the first attempt of trend line and moved about 30 points for a good day trade.This then dropped through the trend line.

Compass Group :This activated but has since dropped back down. The stops on this should be below 880. Still in this trade and a good chance that this may still breakout as its hovering around the resistance.

We had normal week as about 5 trades were activated. These are Barr(AG)PLC,BG Group,Dialight,Imperial Tobacco and Laird.4 of these are still in profit and 1 (Dialight)has closed already but should have been a free trade due to this moving over 30 points from a first attempt trade. Imperial Tobacco was a perfect trade as this hit the entry perfectly and dropped over 60 points in profit.Barr(AG)PLC was also a perfect trade as this hit the entry perfectly and has moved over 30 points in profit.BG group is 12 points in profit and now should be a free trade as this is still near to the entry.Laird is in small profit of 3 points so not really a big mover. We had some good currency trades during the week which were mentioned in the forums by me so they should all be in good profits especally USDCHF which is 190+ points in profit and a free trade now. So keep an eye on the other currency trades as well for the coming week as some could move a lot if we are lucky.

We had another fairly busy week as about 6 trades were activated. These are Admiral,Babcock,Caledonia,Spirent,Vedanta and Wood group.All 6 are still active and in the early days yet.

We had a fairly busy week as about 8 trades were activated. These are Astrazenica,Bluecrest,Carillion,Cobham,Enquest,Utilico,Vedanta and Wolseley.I got stopped out of 3 of them(Carillion,Cobham and Vedanta) The others are still active and some of them should be free trades now.

We had a fairly busy week as about 7 trades were activated. These are Alliance Trust,Babcock,BBA Aviation,Caledonia Invest,Dairy Crest,Dunelm Group,and RPS Group. Most of these are in nice profit and some still at the same area. Sabmiller did not activate as this Gapped below our long entry so would have left that alone. We also had a few that nearly activated but were only a few points out so maybe keep an eye on them this week. Please remember to use stops on all trades and DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
