Currency strength meter
The eight major currencies side by side. The heat map shows which ones are gaining or losing against each other today; the cross-rate table gives the actual rates.
Currency heat map
Each cell is the % change of the row currency against the column currency. A row that is mostly green is a currency that's strong today.
Cross rates
How many units of the column currency one unit of the row currency buys, with today's change.
Gold (XAUUSD), last month
Gold is priced in dollars, so a weak dollar row on the heat map often lines up with gold rising.

How to use it
- Strongest against weakest: the pair made of the greenest row and the reddest row is usually the one moving most today.
- One currency doing all the work: if the USD row is green against everything, most "EURUSD" or "GBPUSD" moves today are really dollar moves.
- Today only: these are moves since the day's open. They say nothing about next week.
