The target works out almost exactly at the gap from 15th March 2013 at 1077...in theory of course!

Its the lowest point you take outside of the cup as such.....Was getting confused for a minute..lol
Its always the lowest point.

This is not a cup and handle formation yet anne ( This still can form latter)
To measure a rounded bottom target ,
you measure from the top(of the cup) to the bottom
then you project it from the breakout point
