Looking at the 13250-60 area to go short, currently sticking its nose above the resistance at 13150. Lots of resistance ahead; 13253 50MA on weekly, 13268 200MA on daily, 13256 from late July, 13275 from March.

Any thoughts?

I appreciate that the Fed (in)decision could affect this in a big way.
