Hi F4T,

Have you made sure the internet settings are correct:

Start, control panel, Internet options, content, auto complete settings. Make sure the two boxes are checked:

Ive just tried it on Internet Explorer 10 and it works fine for me.
Maybe worth updating to latest version and see if that cures it????
Or try google chrome as its far better than Internet Explorer   .Im sure you would be impressed with chrome over explorer :cheer: :cheer: .

Otherwise It sounds like its a local issue ????. Only thing I can think of is the cache otherwise.
try clearing this .

Hi food4thought,

Thanks for letting us know.

you could also try looking at your browser settings, there's usually a setting for saving passwords.
Let us know what browser your using and we can look into more.

forgot to mention that we dont have a tab to remember the password. The normal way to remember this is from your browser.

Hi food4thought
What browser are you using?????
Most problems seem to be due to the browsers.
Best browser seems to be Google chrome.
worst browser seems to be Internet Explorer and firefox from what people have emailed me.

Another option maybe to clear your cache as this also seems to cause problems every now and then .We are always making changes to the website so some of the changes do require the cache to be cleared otherwise you will only get the old information and not the new stuff.

Thanks for bringing this up .Will look into this more ;) ;) If you do sought this let us know ;)

Hi Remo/Ronnie,

I can't seem to get the site to remember my log in detail, so I have to do it manually every time.

Any solution?

Cheers
