I'd be interested in better understanding what the implications are of accumulation of shares by II's. I'm thinking particularly of RKH in this regard at the moment. I believe that in excess of the shares in circulation are now owned by II's. What are the implications of this? Until a week or so ago, this accumulation was ongoing without any obvious efffect on the SP, is it really possible to accumulate so many shares without moving the price? If so how? Algos? I assume that should the II's can now significantly influence/dictate company strategy. Odey have in excess of 12% of the shares now. What percentage would be required to dictate company policy? Does anyone know of previous examples and how they played out. Would I be safe in assuming that this will be good for the SP in the future?

Would appreciate views from anyone who has experience/understanding of these things, rather than guesses.

Thanks
Fats
