I've given up trying to fix this issue myself......lol
I've hired the developers that installed it to have a look...but there closed in the weekend so hopefully early next week it would totally be fixed..

im trying to get to the bottom of errors so having to load previous back ups up so loads of strange things will be happening.
so please bear with me as this is doing my head in :angry: :angry:

if this still dont work the only other way would be for us to go into your account but that would mean us changing your password and going into account to reproduce error.
Then trying to find whats causing the problem.

do you see a little bubble at the bottom right hand side of screen?? If so , click on this to bring up live chat room

ive had these issues in the past and the way it got resolved was by clearing the cache.
i use google chrome and the way to clear the cache is.
top right hand corner of page there is 3 lines, click on this..
then scroll down to more tools, and click on this.
then click on clear browsing data,
then tick box of cached images and files.
then clear browing data.
This should then show all the new changes to a website..

There is a short cut key to this on chrome...
ctrl + Shift +delete this brings up the cache window as well.

yes I can see the chat bar at the bottom; no there was no error message - just a "please login to use our chatrooms" comment

Try using your old details and see if you can use the chat rooms. you will need to logout and then log back in using your old details.

Hi Ronnie - can you twiddle with my settings too to enable me to join in chatrooms please? And if you could also take off the last two words from my username that would be great! (I only added them so that I could reregister) I've also tried to use my preferred email address but the system is telling me that it's already in use - perhaps my previous incarnation on here just needs to be deleted??

Yes i can log in, but i think we need to re-register to use the chat room etc....which i think is now avialble to all...unless off course i have misunderstood.

When you try re-register it needs new details.

One problem i see, is when you try to re-register, you need to use all new details.
e-mail, user name etc....

Any way to reset this so i could use my current detials.
