Hi 2willig,

Click on Chatrooms, then lobby.

There is no button, if you look at the bottom you should see a small speech bubble...click next to it and you should see the cursor flashing, start typing and press enter.

Hope this makes sense.

Hi peter
Practice with the demo account from chartsview first thenOnce your happy with the demo then only move to the real trading .
Don't risk real money until your happy with the demo. If you could beat the demo then you will be ready with the real account.Obviously playing with real money means emotions come into it so bear that in mind.

Hi peter
Go for metastock pro. Since your getting the 2 months free deal you might as well get the full package. This will include Xeneth and real time.
You will have to pay for the LSE exchange fee which is about £5 a month. This will give you access to real time prices. This should be explained in the set up. If you get stuck they can give you help via there chat facility which is quite easy and there very helpful. I think there chat becomes available after 2 pm. Or better still give them a call if your stuck.
You should not have any problems via the Internet but if you do then just chat to them or let me know where your stuck. I've got a contact there that may be able to help you.
Just let me know if you have any problems.
Remember to cancel the package before the 2 months is up if your not happy with it.
Metastock is amazing and it is more powerful than it looks. All I use it for is charting but there's so much more to it. Have a good play around with it.
Good luck

Hi remo, ronnie,
I had a look at the Meta Sock offer and like to sign up. It looks to me that I have to choose one of three options, ( Pro; Xenith; EoD ) what would you recommend for day trading? I'm very impressed looking at the clips and discription,......feel a lot of questions comming up :woohoo: I really like your input. Thanks in advance, Peter

Good morning, thanks very much remo and ronnie for your welcome.
I will try the free offer from metastock and also the Demo A/C. At the moment I have a Spreadbet A/C with IG Index though Hargreves and been trading with small bets the spikes in the morning with 50/50 success, so I havn't got anywhere profit wise because most of the time I just chicken out. Hopfully that will change over time.
Thanks for the advice........Peter

Welcome Peter :)

Hope you find ChartsView useful in your trading.

The best way to learn is to practice and at ChartsView we have quite a few tools to help you.

So as Remo said you should download the free unlimited demo account. Click on "Trading Products" at the top, click on "Trading Platforms", you should see in red "Start Trading Now" click on "More info" and then click on "Free Demo Account".

Also make the most of the 2-months free offer from MetaStock, which finishes in October. Professional charting package with live prices and charts. There is no obligation to buy, just test it for free for 2 months.

To get this click on "Trading Products" at the top, "Trading Software", You should see in red "Get your free software trial for 60 days — FREE!" Click on "More Info" on this page you can either:

1) Get it online - Click on "Get a free 60 day trial", then click on "Order now" for MetaStock Pro Subscription with MetaStock XENITH (live prices) or MetaStock Subscription with DataLink (End of Day).
2) There's a number to call them directly (they are based in USA).
3) Talk to someone online - click on "Chat Live With a Product Specialist"

If you need any help with this please let us know.

Forgot to add.
Download the free demo account from the trading products page. This is useful as its got live prices and you can place a load of dummy trades until you get the hang of it.Its unlimited so no time limit . ;)
We also got a 2 months free professional charting software from metastock .Ths is only available to chartsview members.
The 2 months free deal will be ending at the end of this month so trail that out before October .
Have fun
