This one is closer to buy at 282 or would it go down to 259 for gap fill?

Not sure how I missed this ...
It hit lows of 200s, all in the channel... nice tramline...
I think now its heading back up to 400 then to 600s ....
there is clear divergence on RSI and momentum.

Already up 50% from lows of 200 to 310 now...

charts attached...

Hey Folks!

(yep, it has been ages, where and how is everyone?)

Babcock looks a bit risky right now... I'd lose my shirt trading the past few sessions!

I was unable to exploit the last swing low and have now closed out the remainder of my long at b/e. Wider market 'brown alert' meant it was better for me to concentrate elsewhere

I sold half at 538 at a profit and am looking to re-enter with my original entry (that would give me 1.5 times the original in total). I'm hoping to trade the confusion and gradually accumulate a larger position. Dropping below 515 or so today, brings into play the possibility of a fall to around 491 (small gap on the daily chart; data from IT finance) or 485 (gap on 2h chart). I'm hoping for the 485 gap as that is closer to stops below 481

I’m currently long on this from 520 due to a possible 123 low formation...my stops are below the 2 point below 500...

I've closed out this position at a good loss.

I've closed half of my position this morning at a loss of 28p at 540ish. I think we'll see pull back to 536 area (to close the gap on the 2h chart). Price often goes beyond gap closure so I'll wait to see whether I get another entry signal lower down, possibly around 512/513 = rising tl support. I have no reason to believe that my original reasons for entering the trade are no longer valid. I remain interested.

I have BAB at a decision point here. Short term tl resistance at 535/536. I haven't added to or reduced my position. I'm nicely down and obviously would prefer a bullish move. On the positive side, the daily chart does suggest a bottoming pattern. On the negatives side, my daily chart shows a gap to 515. These very often close. If it closes this gap, and depending up wider markets and my own positions. I'd be tempted to add. Waiting game for now.

I’m the same, I’m still in this.
It recovered from the lows today so that’s positive and it bounce up of the short term up trend line so that’s also good.
This ones in my wife’s sipp so hope it does well or else wife will be upset...lol

Despite saying I wouldn't, I did enter this as the price activity suggested good results were likely and the research I did suggests that most brokers are quite positive here. Obviously, it could have gone better, but there wasn't any bad news as far as I can see. I'm still in and instead of being 10p up, I'm 30 p or so down. I usually don't trade around known news events as out of hours news can be very painful

This one looks set to breakout.
Keep an eye on 565 level as that would be a 123 low breakout and a down trend line break. This has 2 important levels converging so adding to the signal.

If this does breakout then stops below 518
