I agree, social networking is the way forward for driving business anywhere these days.
A good example of this is this web site. www.tradingview.com/ They allow you to post a chart for discussion, tweet it and link it to stocktwits.
Not saying that CV should go to these lengths but a lot of Social Networking stuff can be done automatically, ie. every time someone posts something the forum, have it tweeted or put on another site. It all drives people to look for the original, through links etc..

I think if I remember rightly, there was a Twitter link on here which has been removed - I think it would be a good idea to get a Twitter site going, as it will help to promote the CV business.

I realise that all these things take time to manage, however you can link it to the Facebook site so posts are automatically transferred across, and by utilising 'hashtags' effectively and by 'retweeting' or quoting posts by Bloomberg etc, you may well end up with some extra members.

I have done the very same thing for our Racing Team, and the amount of extra interest in us and our products we have got is huge, not to mention other offers of collaborations etc. The key to it seems to be to follow the right people (so all the usual Bloomberg and LSE type people, as well as the commentators etc) in order to get as many followers as possible. There is a strong snowball element to it too, so after a bit of time upfront it promotes and manages itself.

Just a thought to try to promote CV and get it going in a big way for you guys.

All the best

Jonny
