The chat is playing up now as ive changed the settings so that i can sought a problem out.
The chat still works but you need to clear your cache . The sound wont work for the time being as im trying to fix a related problem with that

Don't know what's going on here... Is anyone deleting the chat rooms?

(Remo - perhaps locking them might be an option or perhaps the logs could tell us what's going on i.e. if someone is deliberately deleting the rooms - conspiratorial I know - but it is very odd and you'll notice that the participants are getting less sadly ).

Anyway, I've recreated a chat-room.

ive taken chat down for the time being as doing some tests..
dont panic..

For me I had to clear the cache four times before it worked. I had the CV site open and then had to clear four times and you still have to wait what seemed a minute before all of a sudden the chatroom bar/icon would appear so be patient, weird stuff for sure

It just started working on IE. I didnt do anything. Just keep checking mate.

It doesn't seem to work properly in IE9, both on my laptop at home and work computer. It does work with Google chrome at home, but at work can't use that, so can't be sure if it's just IE9 or work firewall stuff as well.

looks like its still being temperamental, sorry about that.

We are still looking into and hopefully trying to get all issues resolved.

The chat has been set to the old version now as the new version just has to many bugs in it.
Like Anne said just clear your Cache .
I dont think the old chat is working as well as before as seems to be a bit slow in loading up.
Ive mentioned this to the developers of the chat but as usual i seem to be getting ignored...lol..
Its been hard work trying to get this all sorted as most of the stuff is out of my hands so hense the delays. Normally i try and do every thing myself but with this chat i got them to install it as required some tweaking which i wont be able to do. Hense the slow progress.
But chat is working as far as im aware .
So clear the cache first then try again.

The guys dealing with the chat have been ignoring me all week. They are taking theCENSOREDnow.
Im able to access the chat still....This is due to running a lite version.Please let me know if you can access the chat.
The way i access the chat...
if you click on chat now,
then goto top of the box and click the arrow button,
this will open the chat window....
this works for me but not sure if it works for any of you

this is a different set up to the previous one as you dont have the bar running along the bottom as im running it on a light version.
sorry for all the hassle as im getting really annoyed with the company who im using for the chat. They were good before but now are totally useless.
Im thinking off using another company soon as this lot seems to be a joke

Looking for a bear flag to form at one of those.

Sorry diver, got no chart as only working intermittently at the moment. The prices I'm referring to are those that IG refer to as "Wall St Cash" which are, of course, not cash but futures.

As we see, no 458 break and bang bang! I'm now looking for an index bounce at the SPX 1795/98/1800 area where there are multiple supports on the actual cash chart. That equates to something like Dow 15790 (which I've been looking towards for a long time now) and poss FTSE 6420 area. If these all fail (which I doubt they will but you never know) then we'll see a big drop IMHO.

Well, I got in but......not sure how i did it
Cleared the cache.....then went to top menu, between 'membership' and 'store' and clicked the text from Greville....then went back to the old icon at the bottom of the screen, clicked that and it let me in...but now I seem to be the only one here.....driving me nuts....gonna give up

That's what happened to me last night after I was auto logged out, using google as IE wasn't giving me the chat updates as people chatted. I can get in here at work, but can only see 'is it working' room, not the room set up last night 'Chartsview Chat' I think it was. All very odd

The chat will be down for the next 24 hours at least ..My developers who installed the chat have gone to sleep and it seems that they have forgotten to fix what they caused before going home.

chat seems to be down now so i guess the developers are working on it.
